You would NEVER know that these muffins are gluten free AND egg free. My husband is allergic to both wheat and eggs but he loves baking, and he loves a great muffin with a cup of coffee in the morning. He was determined to develop not only a muffin that fit his food allergy requirements but tasted AMAZING, was moist, and was an excellent option for breaking an intermittent fast in the morning.
These are chock full of nutrients, very low in natural sugar, and will keep you satiated for a long time. He loves them, we love them…and we hope you all enjoy them too.
