This is SUCH a versatile salad. I always have it with quinoa and turkey but you can also use chicken breast or whatever protein you prefer. The quinoa is nutty, provides one of the healthiest carbs you can eat, and in the end you’re gonna be FULL and satisfied.
Check out my salad dressings section for some of my faves you can try on top of this. Olive oil and balsamic also work just fine but be adventurous and try new dressings and add whatever veggies or fruit you like. Enjoy!
