Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs

GF

Healthy dinners shouldn’t be hard! Trust me…you’d pay a pretty penny for this kind of FLAVOR in a restaurant. Cast iron is my fave go to for this but any skillet will do. Guaranteed to be devoured in minutes by the fam. Try and ENJOY!

Recipe

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

7-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup chicken stock (or water)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. grass fed or organic butter

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

salt

pepper

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper

2. Add olive oil to a skillet preheated to medium heat, add chicken.

3. Sautee chicken about 5 min per side on medium heat, or until no longer pink inside.

4. Remove chicken from pan and add chicken stock to deglaze. Use a wooden spoon to scrape off the chicken bits from bottom of pan…this is FLAVOR!

5. Add garlic, butter, and parmesan cheese to the pan and stir until thick.

6. Add chicken back to the pan and coat with parmesan mixture.

7. Serve and ENJOY!
