Chia Pudding

Discover a healthy way to indulge in dessert! This pudding is creamy and FULL of flavor. It’s a kids favorite and always satisfies a sweet tooth while staying on track. Enjoy!

Chia Pudding

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond or cashew milk

1/2 cup chia seeds

 1 Tbsp real maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Combine milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir to combine.

2. Slowly add in chia seeds while whisking.

3. Place in container and store in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight, stir once or twice before completely chilled.

TIP: Layer with fresh berries and top with toasted almond slices for a healthy twist!
