Caesar Salad Dressing

Go homemade or go HOME! This stuff is the REAL deal…tastes 10x better than a bottle, includes LOVE and only takes a couple minutes to make. Not to mention…it’s HEALTHY, but you’d never know it…hehe. Enjoy!

Caesar Salad Dressing

Yield: 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

2 anchovies (trust me here!)

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 dash Himalayan pink salt, or sea salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
