BBQ Chicken Pizza

Who would have THOUGHT that you could devour an entire BBQ chicken pizza and stay ON TRACK with weight loss!

I credit this one to my hubby who is on board with making healthy food exciting, filling, and fun. This makes a great lunch and cooks up in a flash! Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients

1 Gluten Free Wrap (I use BFree sweet potato wraps but any wrap will do!)

Marinara sauce

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Red bell pepper

Red onion

Sliced or chunk chicken breast (we LOVE the pre-packaged grilled chicken breast from Costco)

BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. Place wrap on cookie sheet lined with foil.

2. Cover wrap with your favorite marinara or pizza sauce.

3. Put as much chicken as you want for a healthy portion of protein.

4. Sprinkle modest amount of cheese, add sliced bell pepper, red onion, and top with just a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

5. Bake at 425 degrees until peppers and onion are starting to crisp a bit, about 8 min.
